Every issue we face in life has a negative and positive side, but we have to really look into both spectrums to see which would be more beneficial. It may have something to do with the fact that people are anxious and excited to finally be drinking legally, and therefore they feel as though they can really go all out.
While it is true that a lower drinking age has reduced traffic fatalities involving alcohol, the effect is not as great as people may think.
